Our Verdict
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey is the clear choice for Shopify merchants of all sizes seeking to gather customer feedback, gain deeper insights, and improve marketing and customer experience through data-driven decisions. Its unlimited responses and integrations provide a powerful and versatile tool. Launchpad, being exclusive to Shopify Plus customers, is suitable for larger enterprises needing robust sales campaign automation and scheduling capabilities. Its focus on automating tasks and improving customer experience during sales events makes it a valuable asset for those with the resources to leverage its features. However, the low rating suggests potential usability issues.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?

Which app is more affordable?
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey's pricing is advertised as 'ridiculously fair' with a fixed price for unlimited responses, making it likely more affordable for most merchants. Launchpad's pricing is not specified but since it is only available to Shopify Plus customers, its cost is incorporated into the Shopify Plus plan fee.
Which app provides better data analytics?
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey directly focuses on collecting and analyzing customer feedback to provide customer insights. Launchpad is more about tracking performance of scheduled campaign and customer behaviour. Grapevine offers more in depth insights through its surveys.
Which app is suitable for small businesses?
