Our Verdict
If a merchant is looking for a comprehensive suite of tools to build customer loyalty programs, manage reviews, and leverage referrals across their entire online presence, including web, POS, and potentially headless implementations, Growave is likely the better choice, especially for larger stores and Shopify Plus users. It provides a more integrated loyalty and engagement platform. However, if the primary goal is to establish a mobile app presence quickly and easily, to improve the mobile shopping experience, reduce ad spend, and directly engage mobile users, Shopney is the stronger option due to its focus on mobile app creation and related features.
