Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on B2B and wholesale, Ymq B2B & Wholesale Solution is the clear choice. It provides a comprehensive suite of tools specifically designed to streamline wholesale operations, automate pricing, and manage customer segmentation. Its features, like quantity breaks and order minimums, directly address common wholesale needs. For merchants requiring customizaiton of their customer data, but not necessarily wholesale features, the lack of specific feature information on Helium Customer Fields makes it hard to make an educated guess. While Helium Customer Fields has a slightly higher rating and more reviews, this advantage is less important when the other app precisely fits the merchant's B2B/wholesale business model.
