Our Verdict
The choice between Helix and VideoPoint Shoppable AI Videos depends entirely on the merchant's needs. Helix is suitable for established businesses already utilizing multiple sales channels and POS systems. These merchants benefit from streamlined data management across their various platforms. However, the lack of reviews for Helix raises concerns about its stability and usability. On the other hand, VideoPoint Shoppable AI Videos is ideal for merchants looking to boost their product presentation and increase conversions through engaging video content. Its AI-driven features and positive reviews suggest a user-friendly and effective solution, especially for merchants with limited video production resources.
