Our Verdict
Due to the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating, it's difficult to confidently recommend Helpable. While its video automation concept is promising, the absence of validation raises concerns. Orka, with its 5/5 rating and 24 reviews, is the safer choice for merchants seeking a reliable live chat solution with a proven track record.
Merchants should carefully consider their customer support philosophy. If proactive, video-based support aligns with their brand and they are willing to be early adopters, Helpable *could* be an option, *after* verifiable positive reviews exist. However, for most merchants in 2026, especially those prioritizing immediate engagement and proven reliability, Orka appears to be the better choice.
