Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a fully automated, comprehensive customer support solution with a focus on self-service and AI-powered features, HelpEcho could be a viable option, *if* it can demonstrate positive reviews and prove its feature claims. However, the absence of any user reviews in 2026 raises significant concerns about its reliability and performance. Orka, with its perfect rating and focus on real-time engagement, is a safer bet for merchants who prioritize direct interaction with their customers and value simplicity and ease of use.
In conclusion, unless HelpEcho accumulates positive reviews addressing potential bugs and functionality issues, Orka is the more reliable and recommended choice for Shopify merchants seeking to improve customer engagement and conversions through live chat.
