Our Verdict
Given the information available, Notch – Customer Support Suite appears to be the considerably stronger option in 2026. Its advertised focus on comprehensive, AI and expert-managed support, paired with a perfect rating (albeit from a limited number of reviews), presents a compelling proposition for merchants seeking a hands-off customer support solution. Helpwise, with no user feedback, carries significantly higher risk. Merchants prioritizing established solutions and a focus on complete customer service outsourcing should lean towards Notch. Helpwise might only be considered by those willing to take a significant risk on an unproven product and who have extremely unique or specific requirements not addressed by other solutions.
