Our Verdict
Due to the lack of positive reviews for Mergify, and the unknown functionality of Hermes Shipping without more information, it is difficult to give a strong recommendation for either app. Merchants primarily using or considering Hermes as a carrier should investigate Hermes Shipping further, keeping in mind the small number of reviews. Merchants who require order merging capabilities may want to explore alternative apps with better reviews before considering Mergify, or proceed with caution, prepared to encounter potential issues. Additional due dilligence is needed to understand merchant fit for either option.
