Our Verdict
For small to mid-sized Shopify merchants seeking a straightforward and affordable helpdesk solution, Herodesk appears to be the better choice, provided its focus on simplicity translates to ease of use in practice. Its existing positive (though limited) reviews lend it some credibility. Instadesk‑Live Chat&AI Chatbot, while promising a comprehensive, AI-powered solution, lacks any user reviews, posing a risk for merchants hesitant to be early adopters. However, for larger, globally focused businesses prioritizing 24/7 availability and extensive channel support, Instadesk's feature set could justify the risk if its AI capabilities deliver as advertised. In the absence of reviews for Instadesk, Herodesk is generally a safer, more reliable bet.
