Our Verdict
For small to mid-sized e-commerce businesses seeking a straightforward and affordable customer support solution with a strong Shopify integration, Herodesk appears to be the better choice. The positive reviews, while limited, suggest a user-friendly experience. Repli Desk, with its focus on automation and reporting, might be more suitable for larger merchants or those with more complex customer support needs who prioritize data-driven insights and efficient ticket management. However, the lack of reviews for Repli Desk raises concerns and necessitates cautious evaluation before committing to the platform.
