Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants in 2026 seeking a helpdesk solution, Herodesk is the more sensible choice based on the available information. Its positive rating, user reviews, and clear feature set provide a level of confidence that Zimply simply cannot match. Merchants needing a simple and affordable solution with proven Shopify integration, live chat, and social media support should opt for Herodesk.
Zimply, while potentially promising, is a complete unknown. It might be worth considering only if a merchant is willing to take a significant risk on an unproven product and cannot find Herodesk suitable for their needs. However, given the lack of any data points, recommending Zimply at this stage is not advisable.
