Heureka • Trust Badge vs Louvor ‑ Customer Testimonialsfor Shopify (2026)
Heureka • Trust Badge and Louvor ‑ Customer Testimonials both aim to increase social trust, but they approach it differently. Heureka focuses on integrating with the Czech and Slovak 'Overeno zakazniky' platform to collect verified customer reviews and display a certificate. Its strength lies in leveraging a regional, established trust system for merchants operating in those markets. Louvor, on the other hand, is a general-purpose testimonial display app that imports testimonials from Instagram and offers various display formats on your store. The primary difference is Heureka's reliance on a specific regional review platform and its focus on acquiring and displaying an official certificate. This makes it niche but potentially very effective for Czech and Slovak merchants. Louvor offers broader appeal by allowing merchants to leverage existing Instagram testimonials and customize their display. It prioritizes flexible presentation of social proof. The target audience for Heureka is likely merchants primarily selling to Czech and Slovak customers who want to signal trustworthiness via a recognized regional certification program. Louvor's target audience is broader, encompassing any merchant seeking to showcase customer satisfaction and leverage social media (Instagram) to improve trust and sales.

Our Verdict
For merchants specifically targeting the Czech and Slovak markets and seeking to gain the 'Overeno zakazniky' certification, Heureka • Trust Badge is the clear choice. Its integration with the Heureka platform provides a direct route to building trust within those markets. However, for merchants targeting a broader audience or seeking a more flexible and customizable way to display testimonials from sources like Instagram, Louvor ‑ Customer Testimonials offers a more versatile solution, despite the lack of reviews at the time of analysis.
While Heureka has a perfect rating and reviews, the limited scope makes it a niche product. Louvor, though unrated at this time, provides a more general approach to social proof. If a merchant needs a simple and effective way to display existing social proof, especially from Instagram, Louvor is likely a good option; but remember to factor in that no current user reviews exist.
Common Questions
What is the main difference in how these apps build trust?
Heureka builds trust through a verified customer certification within the Czech and Slovak markets, while Louvor focuses on showcasing customer testimonials, primarily imported from Instagram, in various customizable formats.
Which app is easier to set up?
Heureka requires registration on the Heureka portal and an API key, indicating some initial setup complexity. Louvor's description suggests a focus on ease of customization and display, which implies a simpler setup process, though this cannot be confirmed without reviews.
Which app is better for businesses selling internationally?
Louvor is generally better for businesses selling internationally as it is not tied to a specific regional platform. Heureka is specifically designed for the Czech and Slovak markets.
Can I use both apps at the same time?
Potentially, but it might be redundant. If you primarily target the Czech and Slovak markets and want the 'Overeno zakazniky' certificate, Heureka is the main option. Louvor might add supplementary testimonials from other sources.
What are the risks associated with using Louvor given its lack of reviews?
The lack of reviews means there's uncertainty regarding the app's functionality, ease of use, customer support, and overall reliability. Merchants should proceed cautiously, potentially contacting the developer directly or waiting for user feedback before committing.
