Heureka • Trust Badge vs Trust Badges & Icons TrustMarkfor Shopify (2026)
Heureka • Trust Badge and Trust Badges & Icons TrustMark are both Shopify apps designed to enhance customer trust, but they approach this goal from distinctly different angles. Heureka focuses on leveraging customer reviews specifically within the Czech and Slovak markets, integrating directly with the Heureka.cz/.sk platform to obtain and display a "Verified by Customers" certificate. Its primary strength lies in its specialized function within a specific geographic region and its integration with an established review platform. The target audience is clearly merchants operating within the Czech and Slovak e-commerce space, and relying on the credibility of Heureka's certification. Trust Badges & Icons TrustMark, on the other hand, takes a broader approach. It aims to build trust through visual cues, offering a library of over 10,000 icons to highlight various aspects of the business, like secure payments, shipping options, and eco-friendly practices. Trust Badges & Icons TrustMark's strength lies in its versatility and customization options, allowing merchants to tailor the visual elements to match their brand. Its target audience is wider, encompassing any Shopify store seeking to improve customer confidence through visual cues. The choice between the two depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs and market focus. Heureka is purpose-built for those in the Czech and Slovak Republics using the Heureka portal, while Trust Badges & Icons TrustMark is designed for general trust-building through visual assets. While the rating is much lower, the functionality might still be useful to a broader group of Shopify merchants.

Our Verdict
For merchants operating within the Czech and Slovak markets and already utilizing the Heureka platform, Heureka • Trust Badge is the clear choice. It provides a direct integration with a popular local review system, allowing for the display of a recognizable "Verified by Customers" certificate. This targeted approach provides a specific benefit for a clearly defined audience.
On the other hand, Trust Badges & Icons TrustMark is more suitable for merchants seeking a broad solution for building trust through visual elements. Its extensive library of icons and customization options offer greater flexibility for branding and highlighting various aspects of their business. While its rating is lower and review count is minimal, its appeal lies in the breadth of its potential applications across a wider range of Shopify stores. If you are not in the Czech/Slovak Republics, Trust Badges & Icons TrustMark offers value where Heureka offers none.
