Our Verdict
Hextom: WhatsApp, SMS & Push is likely a better choice for merchants needing a broader range of communication channels, including SMS, alongside WhatsApp and push notifications. The significantly larger number of reviews suggests a more established user base and possibly a longer track record. PushEngage Web Push & WhatsApp, however, seems more suitable for merchants specifically prioritizing abandoned cart recovery and push notification strategies, especially those on Shopify Plus seeking dedicated support. While its perfect rating is appealing, the low number of reviews makes it harder to gauge overall user satisfaction. Merchants should weigh the importance of a broad communication reach versus a specialized focus on push notifications and cart recovery before making a decision.
