Our Verdict
Based on the available information, PrettyDamnQuick (PDQ) is the clear choice for merchants serious about optimizing their checkout process. Its high rating, significant number of reviews, and robust feature set – including A/B testing, AI insights, and checkout extensions – make it a powerful tool for increasing conversion rates and revenue.
Hide Payment Methods: Cypher, with its lack of ratings and reviews, represents a significant risk. It might be suitable for merchants with very specific needs related to payment method visibility, but its unproven nature makes it difficult to recommend over a more established and well-reviewed alternative like PDQ. Unless a merchant has a precise need that PDQ cannot fulfill, the evidence strongly favors PDQ for its comprehensive checkout optimization capabilities.
