Hide Payment & Shipping iWeb vs Layaway Control Panelfor Shopify (2026)
Hide Payment & Shipping iWeb and Layaway Control Panel address different aspects of payment options for Shopify merchants. Hide Payment & Shipping iWeb focuses on customizing the checkout experience by allowing merchants to rename, reorder, hide, and show payment gateways and shipping methods based on various conditions. Its primary strength lies in its ability to enhance the user experience by tailoring the checkout flow. Layaway Control Panel, on the other hand, isn't described in the provided data, but because it shares the 'Payment options - Other' category it is likely focused on deferred payment. Our Verdict
If a merchant wants to customize the presentation of payment and shipping options on their checkout page to boost conversion rates and provide a more personalized experience, Hide Payment & Shipping iWeb is the clear choice *if* the low review count is not a significant concern. However, if the goal is to offer layaway or deferred payment options to attract customers who prefer installment plans, Layaway Control Panel is the only option given the limited information. Merchants should research Layaway Control Panel features before deciding if it is the appropriate application. Given the disparity in review counts, Layaway Control Panel may have been around much longer, with more resources to help guide merchants to launch. More information on both apps would improve the decision.
