Our Verdict
HIKO Social Login is best suited for Shopify stores prioritizing a seamless and personalized login experience, and require collection of customer data to enrich customer experiences. However, the legacy account limitation severely impacts its usability for growing or new stores. LockPro: Password Protect Lock, on the other hand, is ideal for businesses operating in B2B, wholesale, or private store models that require granular control over content access and visibility. If you need to restrict access to specific products, collections, or pages based on customer tags, wholesale tiers, or location, LockPro is the clear winner. If account migration is not needed, the choice depends on what your priorities are: data capture for marketing or secure content restriction.
