Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with minimizing friction in the sign-up and login process and leveraging existing social media profiles, HOOK Social Login is a solid choice. Its plug-and-play setup and one-tap login capabilities cater to customers valuing speed and convenience. However, if security, proactive customer communication, and B2B capabilities are paramount, Lucent - OTP Login & Notify is the stronger option. The robust notification features and detailed reporting provide significant value in managing customer relationships and store operations. While HOOK has a perfect rating, the lower review count suggests Lucent has a more substantial user base providing feedback.
