Our Verdict
For merchants who want a streamlined login process exclusively through social media platforms, HOOK Social Login is the better choice. Its focus on a single-click login with popular social networks provides a seamless experience. However, if merchants need to cater to a broader audience with diverse login preferences or require passwordless login options beyond social media, Simplify My Login is the more versatile solution. Simplify My Login's support for phone number verification, biometric authentication, and integration with SMS gateways makes it suitable for stores targeting international customers or those who value security and convenience through methods other than social login. Ultimately, the best choice depends on the specific needs and target audience of the Shopify store.
