Our Verdict
The choice between HOOK Social Login and Singleton | Verify Customers depends entirely on the merchant's specific requirements. If the goal is to simplify the login process and improve the overall customer experience, HOOK Social Login is the clear choice. Its social login options and easy setup make it ideal for stores prioritizing user-friendliness and conversion rate optimization. However, if the priority is to control customer access, validate users, and potentially restrict access to certain products or content, then Singleton | Verify Customers is the better option. It is particularly well-suited for B2B stores or those selling specialized products where customer verification is essential. Due to the significantly higher number of reviews, Singleton appears to be a more mature and potentially reliable solution overall.
