Our Verdict
Hosted Email is the clear choice for merchants primarily concerned with presenting a professional image through branded email addresses. It's a simple, focused solution for businesses that need to upgrade from free email services like Gmail or Hotmail. Small businesses that value branding highly but have limited support needs will benefit.
QuickCEP is the superior option for merchants aiming to build a comprehensive customer engagement strategy. Its all-in-one platform addresses various customer service and marketing needs, making it suitable for growing businesses that require robust tools for managing customer interactions and driving sales. If live chat, chatbots, omnichannel support, and marketing automation are important, QuickCEP is the recommended choice. Larger stores with higher customer volume should consider QuickCEP over Hosted Email.
