Our Verdict
Hosted Email is the better choice for merchants primarily concerned with improving their professional image and maintaining a credible email presence. It is ideal for smaller businesses or individual entrepreneurs who need branded email addresses and basic spam protection. Its simplicity likely makes it easier to use and manage. Replyco ‑ eCommerce Helpdesk is more suitable for larger businesses or those dealing with a high volume of customer inquiries across multiple platforms. While it offers a comprehensive set of features to streamline customer support, the lower rating suggests some users may find it less intuitive or effective than advertised. Ultimately, Hosted Email offers a higher level of satisfaction as measured by customer rating, and that's important for small businesses.
