Howdy New Customer Profile vs StoreSEO: AI SEO Agentfor Shopify (2026)
Howdy New Customer Profile and StoreSEO: AI SEO Agent are both Shopify apps categorized under 'Content', but they cater to vastly different needs and target audiences. Howdy New Customer Profile focuses on enhancing the user experience within the new customer account profile page. Its strength lies in providing customization options like metafield editing and banner image blocks, aiming to improve account management and personalize the customer profile. In contrast, StoreSEO: AI SEO Agent is an SEO optimization powerhouse designed to improve a store's search engine ranking, increase traffic, and ultimately boost sales through AI-powered tools. StoreSEO's feature set centers around improving Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, AEO, and GEO rankings, managing SEO errors, performing keyword research, optimizing product and local SEO, optimizing images, and generating blogs and LLMs.txt files. While Howdy New Customer Profile caters to merchants looking to customize the account profile page itself, StoreSEO targets merchants primarily concerned with external visibility and search engine performance. The stark contrast in ratings and review counts (0/5 with 0 reviews vs. 5/5 with 520 reviews) also suggests significant differences in market adoption and perceived user satisfaction, though Howdy New Customer Profile is new, so it may change.
