HP: Hide Price and Add to Cart vs Singleton | Verify Customersfor Shopify (2026)
Both 'HP: Hide Price and Add to Cart' and 'Singleton | Verify Customers' are Shopify apps focused on controlling price and 'Add to Cart' button visibility, catering to merchants who need to restrict access based on user types. Our Verdict
'Singleton | Verify Customers' is the superior choice for merchants who require a strict customer validation process before allowing access to product pricing and purchasing. Its strength lies in the customer approval workflow and registration form customization. The significantly higher number of positive reviews adds to its credibility.
'HP: Hide Price and Add to Cart' is better suited for businesses employing tag-based customer segmentation and needing a more flexible, rule-based approach to hiding prices and 'Add to Cart' buttons. While it has fewer reviews and a slightly lower rating, it offers more customization of the price display and 'Add to Cart' button itself. For B2B scenarios focusing on differentiated pricing tiers, 'HP: Hide Price and Add to Cart' may be preferable, provided the lower review count isn't a deterrent.
