Hurdle ‑ Health Testing vs SexyLiving: Adult Dropshippingfor Shopify (2026)
Hurdle ‑ Health Testing and SexyLiving: Adult Dropshipping represent vastly different approaches to leveraging the dropshipping model within Shopify. Hurdle aims to enable merchants to offer personalized health testing services, such as at-home blood tests, by handling the complex logistics, lab work, and regulatory compliance. Their focus is on enhancing wellness product offerings with actionable diagnostics, appealing to merchants already in the health and wellness space. In contrast, SexyLiving specializes in adult wellness products, offering a catalog for dropshipping and emphasizing automated order processing, discreet shipping, and no inventory management. They target merchants looking to quickly launch or expand an online adult product store. The primary difference lies in the product category and the level of specialization: Hurdle focuses on a niche diagnostic service within wellness, while SexyLiving offers a broader catalog of adult products.

Our Verdict
For merchants already operating in the health and wellness sector and seeking to add a higher-value, diagnostic-driven offering, Hurdle ‑ Health Testing, once it acquires reviews and validates its claims, *could* be a valuable addition. However, the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating is a major red flag currently. On the other hand, SexyLiving: Adult Dropshipping is better suited for entrepreneurs aiming to enter or scale within the adult products market. Its existing positive reviews and focus on automated processes and discreet shipping make it a more appealing option for those prioritizing ease of use and a streamlined dropshipping experience in that specific niche. Given the current data, SexyLiving is the safer bet, assuming the merchant wants to sell adult products.
