Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with building trust and showcasing secure checkout options to increase conversions, Iconito ‑ Trust badges & icons is the stronger choice. Its extensive customization options and diverse icon library provide the tools to create a tailored and convincing trust-building experience. However, if the primary goal is to drive traffic from social media and boost brand visibility on those platforms, Sharely: Social Media Icons is the better option. Its ease of use and focus on social sharing functionalities streamline the process of connecting with customers on social channels.
Ultimately, the choice depends on the specific marketing goals. If a store lacks social presence, focusing on improving the look of legitimacy through trust badges before worrying about social media is advised. Alternatively, if a store already has a strong social following, Sharely will more effectively leverage that asset.
