Our Verdict
For merchants experiencing customer confusion due to outdated pricing on product pages and those with dynamic pricing, Idlr: Auto Price Update Pop Up appears to be the more relevant choice. Its dedicated functionality to automatically refresh prices and notify customers addresses this specific pain point. However, the limited number of reviews is something to consider.
ProveSource: Sales Pop Ups is a more broadly applicable tool for e-commerce stores aiming to leverage social proof and boost sales. While the description provided doesn't offer a granular overview of specific functionalities beyond sales popups, the significant difference in the volume of user reviews (89 vs. 1) suggests a more established presence and wider adoption within the Shopify ecosystem, making it a safer bet for stores seeking a general boost in conversion rates.
