Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing control over the appearance and placement of size charts, and who need a straightforward, highly customizable solution, ILM Size Chart & Size Guide appears to be a strong choice given its higher rating and more reviews. This is particularly relevant for smaller stores or those selling niche items where tailored charts are beneficial.
However, for larger stores dealing with significant returns due to sizing issues, or those seeking a more hands-off, data-driven approach that leverages AI to personalize the shopping experience and proactively reduce returns, True Fit: AI Size Guidance may be the better option. The AI component offers potentially greater long-term value by learning customer preferences and improving sizing accuracy over time, despite its slightly lower rating and review count.
