Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily operating in India and requiring integration with specific Indian logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC, ILS: Indian Logistics Services is the clear choice. Its focus on Indian shipping regulations and carrier integrations makes it a highly specialized and valuable tool. However, if a merchant needs a comprehensive solution for managing returns, exchanges, and customer service, with features like a branded self-service portal, live chat, and automated workflows, Outvio Exchanges and Helpdesk is a more suitable option. While Outvio integrates with a wide range of couriers, its primary value is in managing the customer journey after the sale, rather than optimizing shipping within a specific region.
