Our Verdict
For Indian merchants seeking to streamline their shipping operations and integrate with major Indian logistics providers, ILS: Indian Logistics Services is the clear choice. Its positive reviews and comprehensive feature set targeting Indian shipping needs make it a robust option. It's a mature product with an established user base. Propair ‑ Extended Warranty, with no reviews and an unproven track record, presents a higher risk. While extended warranties can be valuable, merchants should carefully assess Propair's functionality, pricing, and support before committing, perhaps exploring alternative warranty apps with established reputations. If a merchant needs a shipping solution in India, ILS is the better fit. If the merchant wants to offer extended warranties and is okay with an unproven app, only then might Propair be considered.
