ILS: Indian Logistics Services vs QLS Fulfilment & Parcelfor Shopify (2026)
ILS: Indian Logistics Services and QLS Fulfilment & Parcel represent vastly different approaches to Shopify order fulfillment in 2026. ILS focuses on providing merchants with a comprehensive toolset to manage shipping directly with multiple Indian logistics providers. It positions itself as an all-in-one solution for merchants who want to retain control over their shipping process but streamline it through automation, AWB generation, label printing, and integration with numerous carriers like Delhivery and Bluedart. The target audience is Indian merchants already familiar with these carriers. QLS Fulfilment & Parcel, on the other hand, offers a completely outsourced fulfillment solution. They handle the packing and shipping themselves, aiming to free up the merchant entirely from fulfillment responsibilities, targeting merchants seeking hands-off solutions and higher customer satisfaction through professionally managed shipments.

Our Verdict
ILS: Indian Logistics Services is the clear choice for Indian merchants who prefer to manage their own shipping while leveraging the app's automation and integrations with major Indian carriers. It provides tools to streamline the shipping process and maintain control. QLS Fulfilment & Parcel is better suited for merchants who want a completely hands-off fulfillment solution and are willing to outsource their packing and shipping operations to QLS. However, the current 1-star rating and single review should raise serious concerns for potential users.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a merchant who wants to use their existing relationships with Indian logistics companies?
ILS: Indian Logistics Services is the better choice, as it integrates with multiple Indian carriers, allowing you to manage your existing relationships and leverage potentially negotiated rates.
Which app is better for a merchant with no experience in shipping?
QLS Fulfilment & Parcel could be initially easier as they handle the entire fulfillment process. However, due to its extremely low rating, it warrants extreme caution, and contacting them directly to understand their services is crucial. ILS requires more understanding of shipping concepts.
Which app is more cost-effective?
It depends on the shipping volume, negotiated rates with carriers, and QLS's fulfillment fees. ILS allows potentially more cost-effective management if you can negotiate favorable rates with carriers, while QLS's cost depends on their pricing structure.
Does either app offer international shipping?
The descriptions do not explicitly mention international shipping capabilities for either app. Further investigation into each app's features is needed to confirm this.
What are the biggest risks associated with choosing QLS Fulfilment & Parcel?
The biggest risk is the extremely low rating and single review, suggesting potential issues with the service. Before using QLS, carefully vet the company, read more reviews, and contact them directly to understand their service quality and reliability.
