ILS: Indian Logistics Services vs SPX Expressfor Shopify (2026)
ILS: Indian Logistics Services and SPX Express cater to different segments of the Shopify shipping market in India. ILS positions itself as a comprehensive solution, offering integration with a large number of Indian logistics providers (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.) and a suite of tools for managing orders, invoices, and returns. It targets merchants looking for extensive carrier options and advanced features like bulk order processing and GST-enabled invoices. Conversely, SPX Express focuses on simplicity and ease of use. Our Verdict
For merchants who need a wide selection of Indian logistics providers and advanced features like GST-enabled invoices and return management, ILS: Indian Logistics Services is the better choice, despite likely being more complex to set up. The high rating and significant number of reviews suggest a positive user experience. SPX Express might be a better fit for smaller merchants or those just starting out, who prioritize simplicity and a streamlined workflow directly within the Shopify admin. However, the lack of reviews and specific carrier information makes it a riskier choice. Due to the lack of carrier specifics with SPX Express, it is nearly impossible to determine which type of merchant will find it useful, as cost and geography are huge factors for determining which carrier services are best.
