ILS: Indian Logistics Services vs Warranty Registration ‑ Propelfor Shopify (2026)
ILS: Indian Logistics Services and Warranty Registration ‑ Propel address vastly different needs for Shopify merchants in 2026. ILS caters to merchants based in India who require integrated logistics solutions for shipping orders via multiple Indian carriers. Its strength lies in streamlining the shipping process, automating AWB generation, managing returns, and providing real-time tracking. In contrast, Warranty Registration ‑ Propel focuses on post-sale customer support, enabling merchants to manage product and warranty registrations, as well as claims. It emphasizes strengthening after-sales relationships and simplifying warranty processes. The primary difference lies in their functional areas. ILS addresses the operational aspect of fulfilling orders, specifically within the Indian logistics landscape. It automates shipping workflows and integrates with local carriers. Propel, on the other hand, is concerned with customer service and product lifecycle management after the sale has been made. The ideal user profiles also differ significantly. ILS is tailored for businesses involved in physical product shipping within India, while Propel is suitable for businesses selling products that come with warranties and require after-sales support, regardless of their geographical location.

Our Verdict
ILS: Indian Logistics Services is the clear choice for Shopify merchants in India who need to manage and streamline their shipping operations with Indian logistics providers. Its integration with multiple carriers, AWB generation, and return management features offer significant time savings and efficiency gains. The 5-star rating and existing user base suggest that merchants find it valuable.
Warranty Registration ‑ Propel, while promising in its description, lacks any user reviews or ratings. While the concept of simplifying warranty management is appealing, the absence of social proof makes it a riskier choice until it establishes a track record. Merchants specifically looking to manage product warranties and claims should keep Propel on their radar and check for updates, but ILS is a more reliable selection if shipping is the pain point.
