ILS: Indian Logistics Services vs WeSupply Returns & Exchangesfor Shopify (2026)
ILS: Indian Logistics Services and WeSupply Returns & Exchanges both have perfect 5/5 ratings, but cater to distinct needs within the Shopify ecosystem. ILS focuses primarily on streamlining shipping logistics for Indian merchants, offering integrations with a wide array of Indian logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, and IndiaPost, alongside features like AWB generation, label printing, and GST-enabled invoices. It aims to simplify the often-complex process of shipping within India, offering time savings and automated workflows. WeSupply, on the other hand, is solely focused on managing returns and exchanges, making it a more specialized solution. Its relatively smaller number of reviews suggests it might be a newer app or one targeting a narrower niche. The key difference lies in their core functionalities: one streamlines outbound shipping while the other manages inbound returns.

Our Verdict
Choosing between ILS: Indian Logistics Services and WeSupply Returns & Exchanges depends entirely on your business needs. If you are an Indian merchant struggling with the complexities of domestic shipping, ILS is the clear choice, offering comprehensive integrations and automation. However, if your primary concern is managing returns and exchanges efficiently, regardless of your location, WeSupply is the more suitable option. For merchants who need both functionalities, integrating both apps (if compatible via Shopify APIs or other means in 2026) might be the ideal solution, though the costs and complexities of integration should be carefully considered.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Without detailed insight into the user interfaces, it's difficult to definitively say. However, WeSupply, with its singular focus on returns management, likely has a simpler initial setup. ILS, with its broader range of integrations and features, might require more configuration.
Can ILS handle returns as well as WeSupply?
ILS mentions 'Return request management' as a feature, but it's likely a basic feature for managing return *requests* and less robust than WeSupply's dedicated returns and exchanges *management* system, which would presumably include automated workflows, customer communication, and data analysis.
Does WeSupply integrate with Indian logistics providers?
Based on the information provided, WeSupply does *not* integrate directly with Indian logistics providers. Its focus is on the returns process itself, not the shipping component.
What if I need both robust shipping and returns management?
Consider using both apps. ILS can handle the outbound shipping, while WeSupply manages the inbound returns and exchanges. Ensure they are compatible and can integrate seamlessly to avoid data silos.
Which app offers better value for money?
Value depends on your specific needs. If you need streamlined Indian shipping, ILS is invaluable. If returns are a major pain point, WeSupply offers a more targeted solution. Evaluate the pricing plans of both apps in relation to the specific benefits they provide for *your* business.
