Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily concerned with streamlining their shipping and logistics within India, particularly those struggling with manual AWB generation and label printing, ILS: Indian Logistics Services is the clear choice. Its deep integration with Indian carriers and focus on logistical efficiency make it a specialized and valuable tool. However, merchants looking to improve customer engagement, build loyalty programs, or manage B2B wholesale operations should strongly consider Zon Customer Accounts & Return. Its comprehensive suite of features targeting customer experience provides a broader solution for fostering long-term customer relationships and driving sales. If a merchant's priority is logistics in India, go with ILS. If it's customer-centric growth, go with Zon.
