Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Novo: Ticker & Marquee is the stronger choice for merchants looking to actively engage site visitors with dynamic announcements. Its higher rating and stated features like multi-language support and extensive customization make it a suitable option for diverse businesses. ImageToonify, with its very low rating and minimal reviews, presents a significant risk. Unless a merchant has a very specific need for image watermarking or background modification that no other app fulfills, Novo is the safer and more promising option.
Merchants primarily concerned with driving sales, highlighting promotions, or communicating important updates should choose Novo. ImageToonify requires a leap of faith and extensive testing to determine if it meets even basic image editing needs, rendering it difficult to recommend at this time.
