Our Verdict
Based on the available information, PushEngage Web Push & WhatsApp appears to be the stronger choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its perfect rating, positive reviews, and comprehensive feature set, including WhatsApp integration, offer a more robust and reliable solution for customer engagement and sales growth. The dedicated support for Shopify Plus stores further solidifies its appeal for larger businesses.
However, indigitall Push might be considered by merchants prioritizing absolute simplicity and speed of implementation, provided they are comfortable with the lack of user feedback and potential risks associated with a new, unproven app. If a merchant is extremely budget-conscious and needs just basic web push, they might take a flyer on indigitall, assuming pricing supports it.
