Inkedjoy ‑ Print On Demand vs SourcinBox‑Dropshipping Agentfor Shopify (2026)
Inkedjoy - Print On Demand and SourcinBox - Dropshipping Agent both offer sourcing options for Shopify merchants but cater to fundamentally different needs and business models. Inkedjoy specializes in print-on-demand products, providing an integrated solution for designing, branding, and fulfilling custom-printed goods. Its strength lies in its ease of use, custom branding options (even without minimum order quantities), and pre-negotiated product range. It aims to streamline the POD process, allowing merchants to focus on design and marketing. SourcinBox, on the other hand, acts as a dropshipping agent connecting merchants directly with manufacturers in China. SourcinBox's focus is on sourcing a wider range of products at competitive prices. It offers services like product sourcing, quality control, order fulfillment, and customer service through a dedicated account manager. This makes it a better option for merchants who want to offer a wider variety of products and have greater control over sourcing, while Inkedjoy is better for merchants looking for custom print-on-demand products with easy setup and custom branding. SourcinBox can also provide customized products and packaging, including private labels.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing a streamlined print-on-demand business with custom branding and easy design tools, Inkedjoy is the clear winner. Its all-in-one solution simplifies the process from design to fulfillment. However, for merchants seeking a broader product catalog and direct sourcing from Chinese manufacturers, along with dedicated customer support and customized products/packaging options, SourcinBox offers a compelling alternative. SourcinBox is better suited for those comfortable managing sourcing complexity and those willing to deal with longer shipping times and international logistics in exchange for lower product costs.
Common Questions
Which app is better for custom clothing?
Inkedjoy is the better option for custom clothing as it has built-in design tools and branding with no minimums. SourcinBox could source clothing, but the design and branding process would be more manual.
Which app offers faster shipping?
Inkedjoy likely offers faster shipping due to its focus on Print On Demand within its own network, which is commonly located closer to the merchant's target market. SourcinBox sources from China, which generally means longer shipping times.
Which app has better profit margins?
SourcinBox potentially allows for better profit margins due to direct sourcing from Chinese manufacturers, which often results in lower product costs. However, shipping costs and quality control should be factored into the profit margin calculation.
Does either app offer help with product design?
Inkedjoy explicitly states that it has an 'Easy Design Tool' to create or upload designs. SourcinBox does not mention any integrated design tool but supports the sourcing and customization of products.
Which is easier to get started with for a beginner?
Inkedjoy appears easier to get started with for beginners due to its 'Easy Setup' and simple design process. SourcinBox requires more understanding of product sourcing and international shipping.
