InPost – oficjalna aplikacja vs ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rulesfor Shopify (2026)
InPost – oficjalna aplikacja focuses on providing direct integration with InPost's services, specifically targeting merchants in Poland or those frequently shipping to Poland. Its strength lies in offering seamless access to InPost's Paczkomat (locker), courier, and weekend delivery services, complete with label generation and shipment tracking. However, its low rating and limited number of reviews suggest potential usability or support issues. It seems tailored for merchants already committed to using InPost for their shipping needs and are looking for a direct integration. ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules, on the other hand, positions itself as a versatile shipping rate calculator with advanced rule-based customization. Boasting a perfect 5-star rating and a large number of reviews, it appears to be a highly reliable solution. ShipX excels in offering granular control over shipping rates based on various factors like cart attributes, product dimensions, customer location (postal code, zip code, distance), and supplier origin. It integrates with multiple carriers like Starshipit, Sendle, and USPS. Its primary target audience seems to be merchants needing flexible and dynamic shipping rate calculations, especially those using dropshipping or multiple carriers. The use of AI for packaging optimization suggests a focus on cost-effectiveness.

Our Verdict
For merchants exclusively using InPost, particularly within Poland, and seeking direct integration with InPost's services, the InPost app is the obvious choice, assuming they can navigate any potential usability issues indicated by the low rating. However, given the low ratings and limited reviews, potential users should thoroughly investigate the application and its support before committing.
ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules is a superior option for most merchants, especially those requiring complex shipping rules, using multiple carriers, or needing to optimize shipping costs. Its high rating and large user base suggest a reliable and user-friendly experience. Its AI-powered packaging optimization further sweetens the deal, potentially leading to significant cost savings. Unless deeply entrenched in the InPost ecosystem, ShipX offers a more robust and versatile solution.
