InstaBuy Quick Order Forms vs Massy Wholesale B2B Pricingfor Shopify (2026)
InstaBuy Quick Order Forms and Massy Wholesale B2B Pricing are both Shopify apps targeting wholesale merchants, but they address distinct needs. InstaBuy focuses on streamlining the order process through quick order forms embedded directly on the store, prioritizing speed and ease of purchase for returning or wholesale customers. It emphasizes improved conversion rates and user experience through features like responsive search and theme integration. In contrast, Massy Wholesale B2B Pricing provides a comprehensive solution for managing wholesale operations, including custom pricing, volume discounts, B2B customer management with registration forms, and access control. Massy is geared towards merchants who require granular control over pricing and customer segmentation for their B2B clients. It offers advanced features like auto-tagging and order limits to manage wholesale transactions more effectively. While InstaBuy seems easier to integrate and use for quick order placement, Massy offers more robust backend functionality for managing wholesale relationships and pricing strategies.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with simplifying the ordering process and improving the user experience for repeat customers or offering a streamlined wholesale ordering experience with fast search, InstaBuy Quick Order Forms is the better choice. Its focus on quick order forms embedded within the store makes it ideal for stores seeking immediate conversion improvements. However, if a merchant needs comprehensive B2B pricing control, volume discounts, customer segmentation, and advanced wholesale management tools, Massy Wholesale B2B Pricing is the superior option, despite having a potentially steeper learning curve. Massy is designed for businesses prioritizing robust B2B operations over simple order form functionality.
