Instadesk‑Live Chat&AI Chatbot vs Relocate+ Order Editorfor Shopify (2026)

Our Verdict
The choice between Instadesk‑Live Chat&AI Chatbot and Relocate+ Order Editor hinges on the specific needs of the Shopify merchant. If the primary goal is to provide comprehensive, 24/7 customer service support across multiple channels, particularly for a global audience, and the merchant is prepared for a potentially complex implementation, Instadesk is the more appropriate choice. However, the lack of reviews is concerning.
For merchants seeking to reduce support tickets and empower customers to manage their orders themselves, Relocate+ Order Editor is the clear winner. Its established user base, high rating, and focus on self-service functionalities make it a more reliable and effective solution for streamlining order management and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ability to integrate with existing platforms further strengthens its appeal.
