Our Verdict
At this time, Returbo: Returns & Exchanges appears to be the more reliable choice due to its high rating and numerous positive reviews. It's a strong option for merchants struggling with return management and aiming to improve customer satisfaction in that area. InsureBooster Order Protection, while potentially promising for merchants wanting to directly control and profit from shipping insurance, lacks any validation in the form of user reviews.
However, InsureBooster could be a worthwhile consideration for very large merchants with significant shipping volume and a desire to integrate and control shipping insurance directly, provided they are willing to take on the risk of being an early adopter. Smaller merchants are likely better off choosing Returbo, or waiting for InsureBooster to gain traction and reviews before investing time and resources.
