InSyncer for MYOB Exo vs Jomall ERPfor Shopify (2026)
InSyncer for MYOB Exo and Jomall ERP both aim to integrate Shopify with other systems, but they target drastically different merchant profiles and functionalities. InSyncer focuses on integrating Shopify with MYOB Exo, a specific accounting and ERP software popular in some regions, primarily emphasizing inventory, pricing, and order synchronization. Its key strength lies in its targeted approach to seamlessly linking Shopify with a pre-existing MYOB Exo setup, reducing manual data entry and improving operational efficiency. Jomall ERP, on the other hand, appears to be geared towards cross-border merchants looking for a multi-platform ERP system, potentially encompassing broader functionalities like product listing and shipment management. The critical distinction lies in the target accounting system. InSyncer is exclusively for MYOB Exo users, providing deep integration with that platform. Jomall ERP presents itself as a more general-purpose solution for cross-border e-commerce, potentially connecting to multiple platforms, however, the app details provided are in Chinese and may indicate a strong regional focus. Given the lack of reviews and the limited English description, assessing its true breadth and depth of integration is challenging. The absence of user feedback also poses a risk, unlike InSyncer, which has a perfect, albeit limited, 5-star rating.

Our Verdict
For merchants already using MYOB Exo, InSyncer for MYOB Exo appears to be the clear choice. It offers a targeted solution with a documented, albeit limited, track record of success. Its focus on pricing, inventory, and order synchronization directly addresses the needs of MYOB Exo users seeking to integrate with their Shopify store. The 5-star rating, while based on a small sample size, indicates a positive user experience.
Jomall ERP may be suitable for cross-border merchants who require a comprehensive ERP system that integrates with multiple sales platforms. However, the lack of reviews, the primarily Chinese description, and the limited English documentation raise concerns about usability and support for non-Chinese speaking users. Without further information or user reviews, it's difficult to assess its overall quality and reliability. Merchants should exercise caution and seek more information before committing to Jomall ERP.
