InSyncer for MYOB Exo vs TrueCommerce Order Fulfillmentfor Shopify (2026)
InSyncer for MYOB Exo and TrueCommerce Order Fulfillment both aim to integrate Shopify with ERP systems, streamlining order, inventory, and pricing management. However, they cater to slightly different segments. InSyncer specifically focuses on integrating with MYOB Exo, offering targeted features like mapping online orders to MYOB Exo customer IDs. TrueCommerce, on the other hand, presents itself as a more comprehensive solution, focusing on scalability and complex fulfillment processes by including support for EDI, GS1-128 labels, ASN creation, and 3PL communications. A key difference lies in their immediate focus. InSyncer emphasizes real-time pricing and inventory updates and direct integration with the MYOB Exo system for order management. TrueCommerce emphasizes automation of orders, inventory, and fulfillment processes, positioning itself as a solution for businesses encountering complexities with EDI and large retailers. The absence of reviews and a zero rating for TrueCommerce, however, should be taken into consideration. In contrast, InSyncer, although with only 5 reviews, has a perfect rating, suggesting high satisfaction among its early users.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants already using MYOB Exo, InSyncer for MYOB Exo appears to be the more immediately useful solution, based on current data. The perfect rating and explicit features catering to MYOB Exo indicate a well-designed integration. However, the low review count is a point of consideration.
TrueCommerce Order Fulfillment targets a different market segment – larger businesses with complex fulfillment needs, including EDI compliance and 3PL integration. While the feature set is compelling, the absence of any reviews makes it difficult to assess its performance and reliability. Merchants should thoroughly investigate TrueCommerce and perhaps consider a trial period before committing, especially given the lack of user feedback. If EDI and complex fulfillment are crucial requirements, TrueCommerce warrants investigation, but InSyncer presents a less risky choice for MYOB Exo users with simpler fulfillment needs.
