Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing expanding their sales channels via WhatsApp and engaging customers through conversational commerce, Interakt ‑ Sell on WhatsApp is likely the better choice. Its focus on integrating sales with WhatsApp positions it as a valuable tool for direct sales and customer service. However, if a merchant's primary need is to migrate existing gift card or store credit data from another platform to Shopify, Selling Point is the clear winner. Its sole purpose is to simplify this migration process, saving merchants time and potentially money that would otherwise be spent on manual data entry or custom development.
