On the other hand, Omakase.ai | Voice AI Agent offers a novel approach by providing an AI-powered voice sales agent that interacts with customers on the merchant's website. This app boasts personalized recommendations, product comparisons, and real-time question answering, seemingly reducing support load and potentially increasing conversions. Our Verdict
Given the available data, both apps present a risk due to their 0/5 ratings. However, the higher number of reviews for Interakt ‑ WhatsApp Marketing (165) suggests a more significant issue compared to Omakase.ai's 8 reviews. If a merchant is willing to experiment with a higher-risk, higher-reward app, Omakase.ai might be a better choice if the merchant is looking for a fully automated, voice-based AI sales solution. This is provided they undertake extensive independent verification of Omakase.ai's claims and current performance.
Merchants heavily reliant on WhatsApp marketing and needing a direct communication channel might consider Interakt, but only after thorough investigation and confirmation of its improved performance since the available data. It's crucial to investigate the root causes of the negative reviews for both apps and whether the developers have addressed these issues in the time since these ratings were recorded.
