Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Sales Motivator ‑ Free Gifts is the significantly stronger choice for Shopify merchants in 2026, assuming no significant updates to Interakt. Its near-perfect rating and positive customer feedback strongly suggest a reliable and effective app for increasing sales through gift offers. Interakt's lack of positive reviews indicates that it may not be functional or useful as advertised. Therefore, unless a merchant has a very specific and urgent need for WhatsApp marketing specifically and is prepared to troubleshoot potential issues, Sales Motivator is the clear recommendation.
