Interakt ‑ WhatsApp Marketing vs VQB: AI Product Quiz Builderfor Shopify (2026)
Interakt - WhatsApp Marketing and VQB: AI Product Quiz Builder are both Shopify apps aimed at improving sales, but they achieve this through fundamentally different approaches. Interakt focuses on leveraging WhatsApp for marketing, while VQB concentrates on interactive product discovery using AI-powered quizzes. VQB is positioned as a tool for personalized product recommendations and data capture, while Interakt aims to enhance customer engagement through WhatsApp messaging. Given the extremely low rating and relatively higher number of reviews for Interakt, it would be important to investigate the reason for that poor performance before choosing it. Our Verdict
VQB: AI Product Quiz Builder appears to be the stronger choice based on the available data. Its perfect rating and focus on personalized product recommendations, AI, and CRM integration offer a clear value proposition for merchants seeking to improve conversion rates and customer engagement. Interakt's 0-star rating raises significant concerns and warrants extreme caution. Unless a merchant has a very specific need for WhatsApp-focused marketing and can verify the app's functionality and reliability, VQB seems like a more stable and potentially effective solution. VQB is particularly well-suited for merchants with a large product catalog or complex product offerings where personalized recommendations can significantly improve the customer experience.
