Interakt ‑ WhatsApp Marketing vs WEBI ‑ LeadForm Order Form CODfor Shopify (2026)
Interakt ‑ WhatsApp Marketing and WEBI ‑ LeadForm Order Form COD serve different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. Interakt, despite its extremely low rating and many reviews, is positioned as a WhatsApp marketing solution. WEBI ‑ LeadForm Order Form COD, on the other hand, offers a fully customized Cash on Delivery (COD) form with features extending beyond just form creation. It bundles upsells, pixel tracking, Google Sheets integration, WhatsApp communication, and fraud prevention functionalities, catering specifically to merchants prioritizing COD sales and data-driven optimization of their checkout process. The 'Upsell and Bundles - Other' Shopify categories indicates a connection to cross-selling and increasing Average Order Value (AOV) for both apps, however WEBI's approach appears much more comprehensive. WEBI ‑ LeadForm Order Form COD's integration with multiple marketing pixels (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat), Google Sheets, and its abandoned order recovery feature highlights a focus on data tracking and conversion optimization for COD orders. Its features are geared toward merchants actively running marketing campaigns and needing tools to reduce fake orders. Interakt's lack of positive reviews suggests potential issues with reliability or functionality that merchants need to consider. WEBI explicitly mentions features like quantity bundles and upsells aiming to boost AOV, indicating a sales-oriented approach.
