Common Questions
What if I need to offer pickup points AND complex shipping rules?
You might need to use both apps or explore integrations. If the complexity of your shipping rules is low, Mondial Relay's home delivery might suffice. Otherwise, prioritize Intuitive Shipping for its flexibility. It might be possible to integrate Mondial Relay's service points through Intuitive Shipping's custom rate capabilities, although this would require further investigation.
Does Intuitive Shipping integrate with Mondial Relay?
The app description does not explicitly state integration with Mondial Relay. However, its flexible rate engine might allow you to create rules that mimic Mondial Relay's services if you have the API access and information needed to calculate the rates. You would need to consult Intuitive Shipping's documentation or support for confirmation.
Is Mondial Relay ‑ Officiel suitable for international shipping beyond Europe?
Based on the description, Mondial Relay ‑ Officiel is specifically designed for delivery within France, Europe, Spain, Italy and Portugal, leveraging the Mondial Relay and InPost network. It is likely not suitable for international shipping beyond these regions without significant customization or alternative configurations.
Which app is easier to set up?
Intuitive Shipping offers personalized onboarding and configuration, suggesting it might require more initial setup due to its complexity but with expert assistance. Mondial Relay ‑ Officiel, being more focused, might have a simpler setup process, especially for merchants already familiar with the Mondial Relay system.
Which app offers better value for money?
The value depends on your shipping needs. If you need complex rules, checkout branding, and advanced features, Intuitive Shipping is likely the better value, despite potentially higher costs. If you primarily need to offer Mondial Relay and InPost pickup points in France, Europe, Spain, Italy and Portugal, Mondial Relay ‑ Officiel provides a streamlined solution, potentially offering better value in that specific scenario.
